High-pressure tubular sight glass type 671 as special design for high temperature

One of our customers required our type 671 pipe sight glass for high pressure, high temperature steam application. Our type 671 is normally designed for PN 25 / 40 at 280 °C and could not meet the customer's requirements. By making minor modifications to the gaskets, glass and the bore pattern of the flange, we were able to offer and deliver our sight glass for the required PN 100 at 350 °C. We used our factory standard, the high-quality stainless steel 1.4571, as the housing material. After a production time of just under 3 weeks, we were able to deliver the required sight glass quickly and to the complete satisfaction of our customer.
