Corner pipe/strainer combination for dairy processes

This corner pipe/strainer combination with shut-off disc valves in DN 80, specially manufactured for our customer in the dairy industry, was delivered with filter inserts, with a mesh width of 0.5 mm. Due to the polished surfaces, the food-conform gaskets and the stainless steel housing made of 1.4404, this corner pipe/strainer combination is suitable for use in the food industry. The entire system was pre-assembled by us and only needs to be inserted into the existing pipeline by our customer. In the event of a fault or for maintenance and cleaning purposes, the corner pipe strainer combination can be diverted or shut off completely using the disc valves located at the inlet and outlet. For this purpose, one or even both corner pipe strainers can be removed from the process and facilitate maintenance or cleaning in order to ensure a continuous maintenance of the production process.
