ACI Industriearmaturen places great value on service. Our comprehensive services for valves and sight glasses include maintenance and repairs, modifications, overhauls, pressure tests, inspections, automation, corrosion protection, final coatings, markings and storage.

Do your valves need a new or a customer-specific corrosion protection?

We would be pleased to offer you a customer-specific corrosion protection and final coatings or the revision / renewal of the corrosion protection of your valves and components. Particularly in the project business it is often necessary to realize customer-specific corrosion protection and final coatings as well as specified layer thicknesses. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you want your valves to be specially marked?

Especially in the project business, valves and accessories often have to be specially marked with cost centre numbers or "TAG Plates". Whether as a stainless steel plate or as permanent markings with a needle embosser, we are happy to offer you this service.

Do you need an inspection certificate 3.1?

With our valve test bench we test your valves for function, tightness and safety. We test valves from DN25 to DN500 or from "ANSI 1" to "ANSI 20" directly on our test bench. However, we can also offer larger valves in a horizontal test. Our test bench allows strength tests with up to 350 bar (5075 psi) water test pressure and with air/nitrogen up to max. 200 bar (2900 psi). We can also carry out seat leakage tests or set pressure tests on safety valves for you. Within the scope of the listed tests, tests can be carried out at ambient temperature according to DIN-EN 12266 (DIN 3230); API 598 ; API 6D ; ASME B16.34 ; API 527; API 576. In addition to a normal acceptance test certificate 3.1 according to EN10204, we offer you further acceptance tests according to 3.2 by third parties. Should this be necessary or desired, we can offer this through our close cooperation with the Lloyds Register. Of course, we can also offer you inspections from other certifying bodies such as TÜV, DNV GL, Bureau Veritas or Germanischer Lloyd.

Are you looking for everything from a single source in the project business?

We offer you everything from a single source. Do you have a project in which many different fittings, gaskets, assembly materials etc. are required? No problem! In addition to the fittings manufactured by us, we also offer to procure fittings from other manufacturers. Furthermore, we can provide you with the appropriate gaskets, flanges, screws and other assembly material. After everything has been commissioned by us, we pack your goods according to destination and transport route. The packaging is carried out according to the customer's specifications. Also wooden boxes according to IPPC or other standards are no problem, for this we have appropriate partners.

Do you need an automated valve?

ACI Industriearmaturen not only supplies new automated valves but also converts existing valves. We automate your valve with pneumatic part-turn actuators which are equipped with a safety reset in the "single-acting" version. In the event of a power failure, the valve closes (n.c. normaly closed) or opens (n.o. normaly open) by means of the integrated spring assemblies. We also automate your valve with pneumatic part-turn actuators which, in the simplest "double-acting" version, only open or close via a 90° part-turn movement, i.e. have no safety reset. We can offer both types of actuator with position indicators in various versions.

We also automate your valve with electric rotary actuators of all common brands.

Our service - Testing of valves

Our certification according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (DGRL) 2014/68/EU allows us to provide our valves up to module H with the CE mark "CE 0525".

If, in addition to a normal inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN10204, further inspections according to 3.2 by third parties are required or desired, we can offer these at short notice through our close cooperation with Lloyd's Register.

Of course, we can also offer you acceptance tests from other certifiers such as DNV GL, Bureau Veritas or Germanischer Lloyd.
